This program isn't meant to be a 6-week challenge where you’re expected to transform your body in record time and then be done. That’s not realistic, and furthermore, I’m staunchly against quick fixes. The goal is to get you started on a healthy lifestyle and teach good training habits.
If you’re new to strength training, this is a great place to start. Meanwhile, if you’ve lifted weights for a while but have typically done more traditional bodybuilding style training and body part splits, this is a great way to start off with full-body workouts, which I firmly believe is the most efficient and effective way to train for the long haul. It’s how all of my clients train, actually.
