Low Back Pain and Sciatica

6 weeks

This 6-week program is designed to help you overcome low back pain that is either isolated to the low back and pelvic region or pain that travels down the leg, including sciatica. Each day of the program includes exercises that focus on decreasing pain sensitivity, improving mobility and gradually building core and lower body strength. The program becomes more challenging from one week to the next and is meant to slowly ramp up as your pain symptoms begin to reduce in intensity. The beginning of the program focuses more on myofascial release, stretching and spinal mobility exercises and then transitions to core and lower body strength exercises later in the program.
