I work in-person in Quebec as a physical therapist and online as a pain coach & injury consultant across borders. In all roles, my main goal is to work with clients to find ways for them to manage their injuries & pain at home rather than to treat them endlessly. I also work as an educator, podcaster and commentator via my personal platform (Nobullshitphysio) and as a contractor for the International Organization PhysioTutors. Additionally, through the educational company (Pragmatic Rehab Principles) I cofounded, provide continuing education for busy MSK professionals worldwide.
I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and pain in general, but have a particular interest in pain science, ACL injuries and shoulder problems. My approach is almost entirely exercise-based and focuses heavily on the latest scientific evidence. Note: También puedo hacer la sesión en español si lo necesitas :)
